Recently I study both Japanese medical board exam and US medical board exam.
Of course there are so much similar point between them. However, I can find some difference.
In US medical board exam, it focus to primary medicine. We don't need to know FAB classification or WHO's, TNM category for each tumor.
In my opinion, these classification will change soon, so we don't need to remember, just know how we can access these information.
In US board exam, they weigh preventive medicine. It means how screen diseases, or when they immunize.
In my impression, US board exam is more practical. This is because they change the content of exam more quickly than Japanese one.
Anyway, there was big procedure for our big project. Our plan was accepted by an office. Therefore, we can start to recruit our college to attend the special lecture.
