The Art of Negotiation written by Masaru Sato

This book is written by Mr. Masaru Sato, former Japanese diplomatic agent. In the book, much essences from his experience are included.
I think these are useful for us to motivate others in daily life and our works.

"It is the weak deal, when a counterperson doesn't think he or she has a deal."
"First of all, study our history. There is same previous pattern for the current happening and the future happening. When you study our history, you never make a mistake for analyze situations"
"Second, continue to study about human. Watch his or her psychological statement, especially envy and personal grudge"
Those are impressive sentences for me.

In my impression, the author has rich literacy and rare experiences, standing by Soviet breakup. When I read his books, I'm motivated to study not only medicine, but also more literacy.

Recently, I cannot keep my time to read my favorite books. I try to make time to do so.
