【NEJM original】原発性硬化性胆管炎（Primary biliary cholangitis）に対してオベチコール酸（Obeticholic acid）併用群vs プラセボ（ウルソ単剤）群にてALPが上限1.67倍以下になるか比較。前者5mg以上にて、ALP優位とT-bilが優位に低下、肝線維化はかわらず、前者の方が掻痒多い。
