Today, I visited leprosy hospital, tuberculosis hospital, and infectious diseases hospital.
Leprosy is currently not popular in Japan.
I only know that there are 2 types of leprosy, but actually there are 5 types of it.
Tuberculosis(TB) is also popular in Japan. There are some campaign to let people know the disease.
There are no effective immunization. BCG only prevents children from becoming severe condition. It's not cost-effective.
There are so huge ward in TB hospital. Doctor have to manage MDR(Multi-Drug Resistance) TB
In Infectious Diseases Hospital, we can see tetanus and measles.
There are so many dogs in road. People sometimes are bitten by them.
Because of vaccination program, there are few patients there.
There are so many limitation, human power, instruments, and medicines.
It is easy to complain, but the complain doesn't help anything for the patient.
When they want to take surgery for their children, where they take a surgery is depend on what class they are, it means how much money they have.
I could study that there are so many barriers which individual could break.
There is some different between patient satisfactory and doctor's recommendation.
