instructer competency

I usually think we should study about how to service consumer and how to instruct medical student to be a doctor.

Today is Sunday, but Dr.M who is an anesthetist lectured us, me and members of case-study group, about how to instruct.
When we educate adult, we shouldn't do spoon-feeding lecture as primary school teachers do. Instead of that, we should encourage them to study theirshelves, support their motivation, and give them better environment to study well.

In our University, there are less mass lectures than before, however there are tutorial system, in which we discuss clinical case in a group. I think this system has some potential to change our study attitude from spoon-feeding t0 self learning. Unfortunantelly, the history of this system is short. Japanese student cannot discuss efficenetly, and teacher cannot insturct us through tutorial system.

I suggest that University should prepare better e-learning system to guide student who want to study more. Also University should make Internet notice board in which medical student can ask teacher a question through self-learning.
Self-learning isn't neglect!!
