WHO raised H1N1 influenza pandemic level from pahse 5 to 6.
It didn't mean that the virulence(toxicity of pathogen) of the influenza become stronger. It only meant the spread of the influenza infection is constant.

WHO also said that the countries which have already passed the peak of infection spread should prepare for the next wave of pandemic.
We should watch the prevalence of the disease more carfully, because no one said that it is impossible to change the virulence through human - human infection like Spanish flu.

The vaccine for the new influenza would be made in fall, if the development of the vaccine is smooth.

In Japan, we should immediately analysis into provision against this influenza. Was quarantine(a state, period, or place of isolation) against new influenza really efficient? In pandemic, medical staff, time, and investement would be absolutely lack. Therefore we should use these staff more and more efficiently.
